When asked if he trusted the election process by a reporter on CBS Face the Nation, The DJT said he would let them know in about 33 days. That means if he wins he does, if he loses he does not. This coming from the former reality star that spurred on assaults of the the U. S. Capitol and tried to mafia-style intimidate a state governor when he didn’t like the results the last time. Oh, let’s not forget what has come out recently about his totally disregard of his own Vice President’s safety during the Capitol, reporting to have said “who cares” when told Mike Pence was in danger.
This is one of the more public and grievous ways this man shows disregard for the office of the Presidency, the Constitution, the rule of law, and the expectations most have of their leaders.
Yo DJT, when asked about American elections, which we claim are the freest and fairest, as the guy running to be the “CEO” of America, it’s probably good PR to say on the front end that “we have the best elections” “our elections are better than anybody’s I can assure you” “ this election will be the trustest election, let me tell you”. You know, in the ways you are good at!
We are either good at elections or we aren’t. It isn’t a factor of whether there is a winner or loser. That is the perspective a Dictator has not a President.
A Facebook comment asked: Didn’t Hillary say the 2016 election was stolen from her?
To which I replied:
The former First Lady, Secretary of State, and Senator from New York did make several claims about the 2016 election that questioned its results. She cited voter suppression in a number of states, decried the impact that the overturning of a portion of Voting Rights Act by the Supreme Court in 2013 had on the election, and remarked disbelief over the margin in the popular vote which she won, but still lost the electoral college. For these reasons she even contemplated a formal contesting of the results.
I did not vote for Hillary in 2016, and certainly did not vote for the piece of crap reality star that somehow snagged one of the most prestigious leadership positions in the world, the one who incited riots when lost it.He like Hillary lost in a free and fair election. I voted for Gary Johnson, I was in my libertarian era.
Any candidate, whether it be The DJT, the current VP, that goofball rfkjr, or me during my short campaign for pres. (just kidding) has no business preloading the electorate with the idea the election will be stolen as a card to play or a reason for losing.
It’s not what presidents or leaders do, it’s what failed, narcissistic, reality star business punks do. Ones who care about the DJT (hey you know me) and nobody else.
